Processing of Carapa guianensis seeds to obtain oil on an industrial scale generates a significant amount of by-product, approximately 66% w/w, which is called cake and is a potential source of biomolecules, including simple phenolic structures. For this reason, studies were carried out on the chemical profiles of hydrolyzed extract from this agro-industrial by-product through High Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) and Gas Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS). These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product. The sample antioxidant capacity was determined by methods of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS+) radicals direct sequestration. The hydrolyzed fraction showed a total of 63.47% in the relative abundance of the total of compounds, standing out: p-hydroxybenzoic acid (39.19%) and protocatechuic acid (3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid) (5.62%), both from hydroxybenzoic acids and 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)lactic acid, (7.76%) hydroxycinnamic acids derivatives. In these results, the fraction rich in simple phenolic acids was obtained, attributing the prominent behavior of this matrix antioxidant activity, expressed by (IC50: of 16.42 µg/mL and 6.52 µg/mL for DPPH and ABTS+ radicals, respectively). The research demonstrated an alternative to applicability that involves sustainability from agro-industrial. These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product, generating a process capable of converting biomass into a bioproduct, consisting of bioactive compounds, in addition to adding value to the industrial chain.  相似文献

We investigate congruence classes and direct congruence classes of m-tuples in the complex projective space ℂP n . For direct congruence one allows only isometries which are induced by linear (instead of semilinear) mappings. We establish a canonical bijection between the set of direct congruence classes of m-tuples of points in ℂP n and the set of equivalence classes of positive semidefinite Hermitean m×m-matrices of rank at most n+1 with 1's on the diagonal. As a corollary we get that the direct congruence class of an m-tuple is uniquely determined by the direct congruence classes of all of its triangles, provided that no pair of points of the m-tuple has distance π/2. Examples show that the situation changes drastically if one replaces direct congruence classes by congruence classes or if distances π/2 are allowed. Finally we do the same kind of investigation also for the complex hyperbolic space ℂH n . Most of the results are completely analogous, however, there are also some interesting differences. A Volterra type integral equation in a Hilbert space with an additional linear operator L and a spectral parameter depending on time is considered. If the parameter does not belong to the spectrum of L unconditional solvability of the considered problem is proved. In the case where the initial value of the parameter coincides with some isolated point of the spectrum of the operator L sufficient conditions for solvability are established. Summary We give a syntactic characterization of (finitary) theories whose categories of models are closed under the formation of connected limits (respectively the formation of pullbacks and substructures) in the category of all structures. 采用激光作光源的光学粒子计数器(L_OPC)克服了白炽灯作光源时使用寿命短、发光强度不稳定、需要经常标定的缺点,但激光波长的单一也带来了一些问题,如响应曲线对折射率敏感度的变化和多值性等问题。利用Mie散射理论,通过数值模拟实验,对L_OPC的这些问题进行了分析,提出了L_OPC实验样机的设计参数。  相似文献

研究了用多角形棒状透镜产生高均匀性正方形和圆形照明的最佳结构参量.结果表明,对于正方形棒状透镜,输出端的照明均匀性随透镜的长度振荡变化,在某些特定长度达到极小值.对于圆形照明面积,比较了从三角到八角的六种多边形.利用三角形积分透镜可以获得最佳的照明均匀性,但光能利用率相对较低,六角形积分透镜可同时获得较高的照明均匀性和光能利用率.  相似文献
